TORONTO, ONTARIO (July 12, 2018) – Kylee O'Hara, an incoming freshman for the FIU women's basketball team, has been selected as one of 20 athletes invited to the Canadian U18 women's national team tryouts and training camp, the organization announced on Thursday.
The training camp will take place from July 14-28 at York University in Toronto. Following the end of the invitational tryouts and training period, the team will depart for Mexico City, Mexico to begin their quest for a gold medal in the FIBA U18 Women's Americas Championship 2018.
O'Hara, who signed with FIU late last spring, has already earned two Canadian Basketball player assessment camps in recent years.
