MIAMI – The FIU men's soccer team placed two players on the United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region Team, announced by the organization on Wednesday. Senior forward Santiago Patino (Orlando, Fla./Freedom) was named to the All-Southeast Region second team, while junior midfielder Joris Ahlinvi (Gujan-Mestras, France) was a third team selection.

"I'm happy for Santi and Joris to be recognized for the second-straight year as All-Region selections," said FIU men's soccer Head Coach Kevin Nylen.
