- In what was expected to be a "street fight" between two programs with first-year staffs and rebuilding programs, Sunday's matchup between the FIU men's basketball team and Youngstown State didn't disappoint. FIU won its second-straight game, and improved to 5-1 on the year, as it closed out the Johnny Bach Classic, at Fordham University in the Bronx, New York, with a 102-93 victory, Sunday afternoon.
