- The FIU men's basketball team got a game-high 28 points and 10 assists from Brian Beard, Jr. (Rancho Cucamonga, California) and 16 points from Trejon Jacob (Raleigh, North Carolina), but that was not enough as Old Dominion pulled the game out in the final seconds, defeating the Panthers, 75-74, at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center Saturday night.
