San Antonio, Texas- Redshirt junior Mihaela Lazic scored a team high 18 points on 5-9 shooting (55%) from the field, though, the FIU Women's Basketball team dropped its final road contest of the season against the University of Texas at San Antonio, 85-79, at the Convocation Center Saturday afternoon.
The loss drops FIU to 12-15 overall and 7-11 in conference action, while the Roadrunners (10-18, 8-11 C-USA) extend their winning streak to three games.
Lazic was in the starting lineup today after recording her career high, 23 points, off the bench in FIU's previous game against UTEP.
