The Basics
The FIU men's and women's track and field teams closed out its competition in the University of Miami Hurricane Alumni Meet in Coral Gables at Cobb Stadium with another solid showing on both the men's and women's sides. The Panthers recorded eight top five finishes and 14 in the top 10.
Women's Highlights
- Gabrielle Rains (Sherwood Park, Alberta) equaled her best finish of the outdoor season, taking second in the discus with a throw of 51.
