FIU Wins Series over FAU, 5-1
MIAMI – FIU (22-21, 6-6 C-USA) took game three of the Conference USA series against Florida Atlantic (21-20, 9-6 C-USA), 5-1, on Sunday afternoon at Felsberg Field. The win clinched the series against the Owls. FIU's Shannon Saile (Land O'Lakes, Fla.) pitched in relief for the Panthers and earned her 13th win of the season. Saile is currently tied for first among Conference USA pitchers in wins.
