With the loss, FIU is 2-8 on the season, while Morgan State is 7-3 on the year.
The pair of Kylee O'Hara and Shante Walker led the Panthers, each scoring 12 points on the night.
Sarah Edmond paced the Bison, earning a double-double with 16 points and 10 assists, while adding five rebounds on the night. Jayla Thornton (16), Krislyn Marsha (14) and Gia Thorpe (11) each scored in double figures for Howard.
