MIAMI (March 2, 2021) - Randy Horner's squad won its seventh-straight Conference USA title over the weekend, as the spring slate continues for FIU Athletics.
FIU had six other programs in action last week as well. Below is a recap of how each sport fared this past week.
Swimming & Diving
The FIU swimming & diving team continued its impressive C-USA title streak as the Panthers won their seventh-consecutive league championship over the weekend. The Panthers were led by Jasmine Nocentini who won six gold medals and was named the C-USA Swimmer of the Meet, while Maha Gouda won three golds and was named the C-USA Diver of the Meet for the second time in three years.
