MIAMI (Jan. 16, 2018) – FIU head football coach Butch Davis has promoted graduate assistant coach Drew Davis to the Panthers' 10th assistant coach position. Davis will coach tight ends for the Panthers. James Vollono, who coached tight ends and special teams last season, will focus exclusively on special teams.
"He knows just as much as anyone about the culture and environment of the programs that I've created," Butch Davis said. "He's been a part of and has seen the evaluation and the players that I have recruited or drafted.
