MIAMI (Nov. 3, 2021) – Christie Chue of the FIU women's swimming and diving team has been named the Conference USA Swimmer of the Week, as announced by the league office on Wednesday afternoon.
Chue claims the award after winning four different events in FIU's tri-meet against Nova Southeastern and Ave Maria last Saturday, Oct. 30, while helping the Panthers take first-place overall in the meet.
Chue anchored the 200-yard medley relay and posted a time of 23.33 on the final leg as the Panthers won the event.
