FIU sophomore third baseman Austin Shenton was nominated for the Golden Spikes Award Performance of the Week.
Shenton was nominated after he went 4 for 6 with two home runs and four RBI against George Mason in the first game of a doubleheader. Shenton also had two doubles and scored two runs in the game.
