MIAMI (June 12, 2019) – FIU Pitcher Logan Allen's brilliant 2019 season is still being rewarded as the Panther ace was selected to the 2019 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division I Central All-Region Second Team by the members of the American Baseball Coaches Association.
Allen, who has already been named to the All-CUSA First Team and invited to the USA Baseball National Team Camp this summer, built on his Freshman All-American campaign in 2018 by leading all of C-USA with 120 Ks in 84 innings pitched for a 12.86 Ks-per-9 innings ratio to place top 15 in the nation in that category.
