Last week the Florida Gators coaching staff handed out several offers to underclassmen including a few out of state prospects.
2021 defensive end Khristian Zachary (6-3, 230, Fairburn, GA. Carrollton) was one of those guys that picked up an offer from the Gators.
“Coach [David] Cooper offered me,” Zachary said on which coach offered him. “He called my defensive coordinator and he just wanted me on the phone and then he said he loved the way I play and how I get off the ball. After that he just gave me the offer.”
Zachary was caught off guard by the offer but he admits the offer was one he was waiting on and it made his day.
