The National Basketball Association just wrapped up its annual Summer League in Las Vegas last weekend. The Florida Gators were well represented in the showcase, with six former players participating. Among those active were three members of the 2024-25 national championship squad.
Here's how each of the six fared in NBA Summer League.
Walter Clayton, Utah Jazz
Summer League stats: 13.5 points, 4.8 assists, 3.3 rebounds, 1.0 blocks, 3.3 turnovers, 26.0 minutes per game
Clayton's summer was cut short by a hamstring injury, but he didn't need any more than four games to show why he was worth a first round pick.
