Tuesday's announcement that Florida football players Treon Harris and Antonio Callaway are no longer with the team raised plenty of questions and sparked plenty of rumors.
Here's what we know (and don't know) about the situation:
Neither Harris nor Callaway are under police investigations by the university or the city of Gainesville, according to both police departments. Neither one has been listed or mentioned in any recent police reports from those departments, either.
Callaway remains enrolled as a full-time student at UF, according to the registrar's office. That office was not authorized to say anything about Harris, but Rivals' Landon Watnick reports that Harris is still enrolled, too.
