Longtime Florida radio play-by-play voice Mick Hubert made history this week as the first announcer to call one school’s national championships in football, basketball and baseball following the Gators’ College World Series victory over LSU on Tuesday.

Hubert has served as the voice of the Gators since 1989. During his tenure, he has also called Florida’s 1996, 2006 and 2008 football national championships, as well as the 2006 and 2007 men’s basketball national championships.
