UF track and field coach Mike Holloway has agreed to a 10-year contract extension, keeping the eight-time national championship winner in Gainesville through the 2028 season.
The school announced the new deal Wednesday for Holloway, who has turned the Gators into a dynasty in the sport during his 16 seasons.
Besides eight national championships, including the 2016 and 2017 outdoor titles, the Gators have won 14 SEC championships under Holloway. In addition, the Gators have captured 60 individual national titles, 159 individual SEC titles and set six collegiate records — three of which still stand.
