On the first day of 2020 the Florida Gators got good news about their 2020 football team. Receiver Trevon Grimes will return for his senior season.
Grimes, a transfer from Ohio State, was the Gators’ 5th leading receiver with 33 receptions for 491 yards and 3 touchdowns in 2019.
“After a great 2019 season I have discussed my future with my family and my coaches,” Grimes wrote on Twitter. “I am excited to say that you will see me playing in The Swamp in 2020. I want to finish my degree and help lead the University of Florida to a championship.
