But the former Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback who led Florida to its last SEC title in 2008, feels that current maligned Gator quarterback Treon Harris is capable of coming up with big plays in today’s SEC title game tilt with Alabama.
Harris struggled during UF’s 27-2 loss to rival FSU last Saturday. With Harris under center, the Gators went three-and-out on four of their first offensive drives against the Seminoles. He finished 19 of 38 for 138 yards and was 0 for 3 on scoring opportunities in the red zone.
