Miami working to flip in-state Florida 4-star commit is not good at all

The Gators got a jump on their 2027 recruiting class several weeks ago when they received a pledge from four-star in-state athlete Tramond Collins. Now it's time to play some defense.

Collins recently received an offer from Miami and the Cottondale prospect seems to have mutual interest in the Hurricanes.

There's not a lot to worry about yet. The Early Signing Period for the 2027 class is about a year and a half away, and it's not a big surprise to see a player that committed to a program early take a step back and see what other options are available.
