Scott was announced as the head coach at Howard University on Thursday afternoon. Scott, understandingly so, was emotional given the opportunity and the time he’s spent to earn this opportunity.
Born and raised in Florida, Scott spent most of his coaching career in the state he loved. He played and coached at USF before moving to Miami.
