The Florida Gators picked up their 15th commitment of the 2022 class on Wednesday night when an instate prospect committed to Florida.
Defensive lineman Jamari Lyons (6-4, 295, Melbourne, FL. Viera) committed to Florida over South Carolina and others during his announcement on Wednesday.
“I will be continuing education and football career at the University of Florida,” Lyons said. “I have a great relationship with Coach [David] Turner, Coach [Dan] Mullen, and Coach KB [Kelvin Bolden}
Lyons was last in Gainesville for the Alabama game where he enjoyed the atmosphere inside the Swamp for the game.
