Given the nature of roster turnover in the modern era of college football, a number of all-time career marks for the Gators are probably safe for the time being. Chris Leak’s 11,213 career passing yards probably never get touched. The 2,563 career receiving yards that Carlos Alveraz feels safe for the foreseeable future. Errict Rhett, racking up 4,163 career rushing yards, is also safe.
But with Jadan Baugh coming back to Florida, it’s that latter rushing record that at least has a pathway to become interesting. And even if Baugh doesn’t stick around for a 4th year to threaten that record, he can join a club in 2026 that only five other Gators can lay claim to.
