Morrison suffered a serious left knee injury in UF’s 28-20 Birmingham Bowl victory over East Carolina on Jan. 3 and had two surgeries. His initial recovery timetable was predicted to be 10-12 months, but Morrison completed his recovery in just six months.
"It’s unbelievable what he’s done, to see him recover like this," coach Jim McElwain said Monday of Morrison. "We’ve had the doctor in a bunch, probably more so for me not believing him. And yet the strength levels, all the tests, believe it or not it’s actually tighter than the other one.
