Mike White landed one of the top transfers available on Monday when he secured a commitment from former Charleston Southern guard Phlandrous Fleming Jr.
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound combo guard was a stat-sheet stuffer for the Buccaneers. In 2020-21, he averaged 20.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.8 steals per game. He shot 39.5 percent from the field, though just 32 percent from deep. He shot 80.6 percent from the free throw line.
As a sophomore in 2019-20, he averaged 17.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game while shooting a career-best 43.4 percent. He averaged 12.
