The Florida Gators will unveil their brand new Jordan Brand uniforms for the first time in an event held at World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia on July 17th.
The Gators are just the fourth college football program (North Carolina, Michigan, Oklahoma, Florida) to be backed by the Jumpman brand. The brand moved into football with the addition of Michigan in 2016. Michael Jordan has been very hands on with his alma mater of North Carolina, which also sports the Jumpman logo on its football and basketball uniforms. Florida is the first program in the Southeastern Conference to sport the brand, which also extends to the men’s and women’s basketball programs.
