Now that Billy Napier is officially gone, the Florida Gators are having to put out a thousand miniature fires instead of a raging wildfire.
From covering the head coaching job for the rest of the season to maintaining the recruiting classes Napier had already brought in before he was removed from the program, the Gators are nowhere near done with cleaning up the mess that currently exists in Gainesville.
As the Gators hold onto their recruits with every ounce of energy they have left, one prospect is working at the same goal right alongside them.
Four-star quarterback Will Griffin committed to Florida over a year ago, and since the program fired Napier, he has been doing everything he can to keep his class of fellow prospects together.
