On Friday night, the Florida Gators hosted their annual Friday Night Lights event and several of the Gators’ top commits were on campus for the event.
Receiver commit Izaiah Williams (6-0, 172, Tampa, FL. Carrollwood Day) was on campus and he’s building a good relationship with his future position coach Billy Gonzales.
“He’s like my best friend,” Williams said of his relationship with Billy Gonzales. “I can really just come to him about anything and that’s something special about a relationship. We’re building a stronger relationship, but we have a tight bond. I love the man and I just can’t wait to be mentored by him when I get here.
