Seven games into the 2019 season and it’s time to check in on the Florida Gators 2019 recruiting class.
The class was not without drama. Florida had two players not qualify, one held up by a government visa issue and two transferred before the year began. The freshmen class has seen attrition but it’s also seen production just over halfway into its first season in Orange and Blue.
The NCAA rule implemented before the 2018 season allows for a player to participate in four games while still maintaining their redshirt status. Five freshmen have already passed that mark with three of those five playing in all seven of the Gators games this season.
