The quarterback for No. 10-ranked Towson (FCS) is, in fact, related to Denver Broncos quarterback Joe Flacco.
You know, the Super Bowl XLVII champion quarterback? Yeah, that guy.
Tom Flacco transferred to Towson in 2018 after spending two seasons at Western Michigan and a season at Rutgers.
He’s now in his second season with the Tigers and has led them to an FCS national ranking this season.
Thus far, Tom Flacco is 77-for-134 for 1,092 yards, six touchdowns and one interception in four games.
