Florida football: Tackle Lomas Brown inducted into CFB Hall of Fame

Consensus All-American in 1984 and Florida football great Lomas Brown is tacking one more honor to his storied career.

On Wednesday, he was informed he was being inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2020.

The now-56-year-old Brown is a radio analyst for the Detroit Lions — where he played for most of his long NFL career.

But, Brown is being honored for his work with Florida football.

That included being a part of one of the best offensive lines in Gators’ history along with Phil Bromley, Billy Hinson, Crawford Ker and Jeff Zimmerman.
