Patrick Joiner Jr. (linebacker) — Joyner is out indefinitely due to an unspecified leg injury.
Brian Hightower (wide receiver) — Hightower had arthroscopic knee surgery on his right knee and is listed out indefinitely.
Bradley Jennings Jr. (linebacker) — Hip surgery will keep Jennings our for the entire season for the Hurricanes.
