Everyone above Florida football won this weekend, so this week’s poll isn’t much of a surprise.
The Gators, fresh off a 29-21 come-from-behind win at Kentucky, remained at No. 9 in the latest AP Top 25 college football poll released Monday.
I can’t say I am disappointed in that, for the simple fact that Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Notre Dame and Auburn — all teams above the Gators in the polls — won this weekend.
The Gators remained at No. 8 in the Amway Coaches Poll as well, likely for the same reason.
