Even as Hurricane Dorian still threatens to pummel us on the east coast of the state, Florida football is still enjoying the fruits of its recruiting labors.
Sunday, the Gators added another prospect to the list for 2021 when defensive back Clinton Burton Jr. announced his verbal commitment on Twitter.
“Thank you to everyone who has taken care of me since my mom passed,” Burton said in the tweet. “With all that being said, I would like to announce my Verbal commitment to the University of Florida. #RIPSHY #LLK #RIPMOM.”
