Usually, one of the first tell-tale signs that a ship is sinking in college football is when multiple commits start to bail on a program. Florida experienced this in 2023, when its then top-five class had a barrage of players decommit after a five-game losing streak.
Last year was the opposite effect, where Florida started slow out of the gate only to pick up steam late after a four-game winning streak.
But in 2025, Florida's already lagging recruiting class is in danger of free-falling to the abyss.
