With today’s first installment of Gator Bits, we look at the non-football related sports at Florida — which are just as tasty, without all the calories that come from other university’s sports.
Some of the highlights today come from women’s soccer and volleyball.

Gator soccer tops Miami, 3-0
Big story: Florida got goals from Cassidy Lindley, Vanessa Kara and Sammie Betters to beat in-state rival Miami, 3-0.
Bigger story: What’s more, Parker Roberts assisted with two of the goals. All three goals came within 18 minutes of each other.
