Feleipe Franks, a 4-star quarterback from Crawfordville, Florida, announced on Twitter that he will stay in the state and play for the Florida Gators.
The Class of 2016 quarterback is the ninth-best prospect in the Sunshine State, according to 247Sports, and is the fifth-best quarterback prospect in the nation.
Franks originally committed to Les Miles and the LSU Tigers back in June 2014, but he decommitted last week, with a possible reason being the uncertain future of Miles as the program's head coach. Franks made a statement on Twitter on Nov.
