Coming out of the spring game, the one player for the Florida Gators who caught national attention was five-star wide receiver Dallas Wilson. The freshman from Tampa had a monster day, racking up nearly 200 yards receiving, and visions of him parlaying his spring success into an outstanding freshman campaign like Jadan Baugh were rampant.
But then Wilson got hurt towards the end of fall camp, and he hasn't been seen since.
On Wednesday, Billy Napier gave an update that Wilson's debut might be on the horizon.
Dallas Wilson to start practicing soon
At his press conference on Wednesday, Napier noted that Wilson is making progress towards making his official debut for the Gators:
“We anticipate him starting (practice) next week.
