Antonio Callaway cleared in hearing; what now for UF’s receivers?

Florida wide receiver Antonio Callaway was found not responsible in a Title IX hearing regarding a sexual assault in December. The school’s student conduct and conflict resolution office heard the case.

While Callaway was found not responsible, he still could be suspended by coach Jim McElwain for a game or two in the season.

Whenever he does hit the field, he will be the Gators’ go-to receiver. He is the only proven big-play threat in the lineup, though there are some newcomers – most notably, JC transfer Dre Massey in the slot and true freshman Tyrie Cleveland out wide – who could help in that regard.
