Florida Atlantic defensive coordinator Roc Bellantoni has already told UTEP running back Aaron Jones how good he thinks he is.
The meeting came last year, when FAU travelled to El Paso to play the Miners. Jones was sidelined for the season with an ankle injury, and Bellantoni's defense did not have to brace for the 5-foot-10, 215-pound back. Bellantoni greeted Jones with praise.
This year, the Owls will face Jones on the field and attempt to stop the sixth-leading rusher in the nation. He has 1,168 yards and 11 touchdowns this season.
