The Owls (2-1, 2-1 C-USA) will take on Willie Taggart’s old team, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (2-5, 1-2 C-USA) today in a C-USA East division matchup.
Taggart was the starting quarterback for WKU from 1995-1998 and later became the head coach from 2010-2012. He won the first-ever game played at FAU stadium when his Hilltoppers defeated the Owls, 20-0, on Oct. 15, 2011.
