As if the Florida Atlantic offensive line didn't have enough problems, the team learned earlier this week it will have to play the remainder of the season without right tackle Bryan Beck.
Coach Charlie Partridge announced Beck will miss the year due to a knee injury. A redshirt freshman, Beck had started the previous three games.
"Unfortunately we found out that Bryan Beck is going to be done for the season," Partridge said. "We'll attack this challenge like we have the rest of them."
Beck was only in the starting lineup because of an injury to senior Kelly Parfitt, who also is dealing with a knee issue and unavailable this week.
