Florida Atlantic Men’s Basketball could not overcome a tough first half shooting and defensive display, leading to a 86-57 loss to Middle Tennessee State Saturday night in Boca Raton.

FAU (5-13, 1-6 Conference USA) shot 23 percent from the field, knocking down just one 3-pointer on nine attempts.
