Conference USA announced date changes for two Florida Atlantic football games this fall, including the season opener at home against Navy.
New coach Lane Kiffin and the Owls will start the season on Friday night, Sept. 1 at 8 p.m. against the Midshipmen. The game will be televised on ESPNU. FAU’s home game against Marshall was also moved to a Friday night, kicking off at 6 p.m. on Nov. 3. CBS Sports Network will carry that game.
Both games were originally scheduled a day later. The Owls’ remaining 10 games are all scheduled for Saturdays, though times have not been released for those contests yet.
