The Owls have no shot at a bowl game, but that doesn’t mean they have nothing to play for.
It is safe to say that this season has not went the way Florida Atlantic football hoped for in the summer. After a 42-24 loss to the Old Dominion Monarchs last Saturday, the Owls now hold a record of 3-8 with one game left.
Without any bowl game in sight, the team is now looking to end its 2016 season with some pride when it takes on the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders, Saturday in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
