BOCA RATON — As Kevin McCrary entered the media room on Thursday, the junior joked he wasn’t used to “all this.”
With how McCrary has performed since the spring, the Florida Atlantic defensive tackle should expect to hold court with reporters often this season, just as nearly every starter does.
After recording 25 tackles (2.5 for loss) last year in a reserve role, McCrary is expected to start at one of the team’s two defensive tackle spots. McCrary has spent the duration of fall training camp taking first-team snaps with Belle Glade alumnus and senior Steven Leggett.
