It took six months but Florida Atlantic football coach Lane Kiffin finally made it official.
Kiffin recently signed the paperwork that will keep him under contract until 2027. A verbal agreement was originally announced in December.
Kiffin has repeatedly said he is content in Boca Raton and plans on remaining here a while. He recently reaffirmed that in an interview with ESPN.com.
"I'm not driven by money anymore," Kiffin said in May. "I'm not driven by ego, of the attention being a head coach at one of those places. I'm very happy here on all fronts.
