Florida Atlantic athletic director Brian White talks high expectations for football team, Devin Singletary’s Heisman candidacy, and Lane Kiffin’s Twitter

BOCA RATON — Jumping on the Lane Kiffin train is a decision that first-year Florida Atlantic athletic director Brian White is appreciating more each day.

Hired in March to replace longtime AD Pat Chun, who took the same job at Washington State in January, White has already seen tremendous results from the school’s many Division I programs. After going 11-3 last season and winning both the Conference USA championship and the Boca Raton Bowl, Lane Kiffin’s football team is considered by many as a Top 25 program and are projected to repeat as C-USA East Division Champions.

John McCormack’s baseball team made it to the NCAA Tournament and narrowly missed a Super Regional.
