Florida Atlantic defensive end Trey Hendrickson blocked his second field goal of the season during Saturday's game against the Miami Hurricanes, blocking a 24-yard attempt in the first quarter.
Hendrickson pushed up the middle before swatting the ball with his left hand. Raekwon Williams recovered the blocked kick at the FAU 9-yard line.
In the season opener against Southern Illinois, Hendrickson blocked a 50-yard field goal attempt. The senior is now tied for second all-time at FAU for both blocked kicks in a season and in a career.
Trickery on fourth
FAU converted its second fourth down of the season when it converted a fourth-and-1 from Miami's 36-yard line on its opening drive.
